YEAH, the first real snow of our Kentucky winter. There's a bad part though, Joe's in the field and probably not loving the changing seasons as much as I am. He is finishing up with his Officer's Basic Course with a "10 Day War" which means they do a war simulation type thing and they are stuck sleeping on tanks for 10 days. Poor guys....oh well, he doesn't seem to mind too much. I hate the time we spend apart, but if I have to try and think of something positive about it, I have come up with something. It definitely gets us to value the time we do have together. When he's gone, we both are reminded how wonderful it is to have the other around and how much we miss them just being there. I don't really think we would have a problem with that if he didn't have to leave, but HEY!!, I am trying to be positive here!!!

Well, nothing to report from little Luke, he is being pretty quite today. Sleepy, I guess. I went window shopping the other day to Walmart and man are the clothes ever cute. I am going to go broke getting baby clothes. I decided though, that I am going to wait to do any shopping until after he comes. We'll probably do a little, but between baby showers and hand-me-downs, we are going to be pretty set.

So, not much to report here. So, I probably better get to my school work since I have a list of a million things to do. I'm off!
